DAY 1 - 3 : LISBON, SANTARÉM & FÁTIMA

DAY 1 : LISBON TO SANTARÉM & FÁTIMA

• Start with morning Mass at St. Anthony's Church in Lisbon, built over the saint's birthplace.
• Drive north to the Church of St. Stephen in Santarém to venerate a 13th-century Eucharistic Miracle.
• Arrive in Fátima for the deeply spiritual Candlelight Rosary Procession.

 
DAY 2 : SACRED DEVOTIONS IN FÁTIMA

• Attend Holy Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions, the exact spot where Our Lady appeared in 1917.

• Pray inside the neoclassical Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary before the tombs of St. Francisco, St. Jacinta, and Sister Lúcia.

• Walk the Via Sacra (Sacred Way) through peaceful olive groves to pray the Stations of the Cross.

 
DAY 3 : ALJUSTREL & COIMBRA

• Explore Aljustrel, the preserved village showing the childhood homes of the three shepherd children.

• Drive north to Coimbra to visit the Carmelite Convent of Santa Teresa, where Sister Lúcia lived and passed away.

 
DAY 4 - 8 : SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA & SHRINES OF SPAIN

DAY 4 : PORTO TO SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA

• Cross the Spanish border into the green region of Galicia to reach Santiago de Compostela, the final stop of the famous Camino trail.

• Walk into the majestic Plaza del Obradoiro to enter the grand Santiago de Compostela Cathedral.

 
DAY 5 : THE TOMB OF ST. JAMES THE APOSTLE

• Attend the legendary Pilgrim's Mass at noon, where you might witness the swinging of the massive Botafumeiro incense burner.

• Descend into the crypt below the main altar to venerate the Holy Relics of St. James the Apostle.

 
DAY 6 : ÁVILA (CITY OF ST. TERESA)

• Drive southeast across the scenic Castilian plains to the magnificent medieval walled town of Ávila.

• Tour the Convent of St. Teresa, built directly over her ancestral parental home, keeping many of her personal relics.

 
DAY 7 : BURGOS GOTHIC MAJESTY

• Travel northeast to Burgos, a major historic stop for centuries of pilgrims.

• Marvel at the towering spires of Burgos Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site dedicated entirely to the Virgin Mary.

 
DAY 8 : LOYOLA (SANCTUARY OF ST. IGNATIUS)

• Journey into the beautiful Basque mountains to visit the majestic Santuario de Loiola.

• Enter the Holy House, the birthplace of St. Ignatius of Loyola, and stand in the exact room where his radical spiritual conversion took place.

 
DAY 9 - 12 : THE HEALING WATERS OF LOURDES

DAY 9 : CROSS THE PYRENEES TO LOURDES

• Drive across the breathtaking Pyrenees mountain border into southern France to reach serene Lourdes.
• Check into your lodging and join thousands of global pilgrims for the breathtaking Torchlight Marian Procession.

 
DAY 10 : THE MIRACLES OF MASSABIELLE

• Drink and wash from the miraculous springs at the Grotto of Massabielle, where Our Lady appeared to St. Bernadette in 1858.
• Attend an international Mass inside the massive underground Basilica of St. Pius X, which fits up to 25,000 worshippers.

 
DAY 11 : THE LOURDES BATHS & STEPS OF BERNADETTE

• Spend a quiet morning praying at the Grotto or immersing yourself in prayer at the spiritual Lourdes Baths.

• Walk the town to see the Cachot, the tiny, impoverished former prison cell where Bernadette’s family lived during the apparitions.

 
DAY 12 : FAREWELL MASS & DEPARTURE

• Conclude your pilgrimage with a final early morning Mass at the Grotto before returning your vehicle at nearby Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées Airport or Toulouse Airport.
